Window Warehouse                                                                       << Back to mezzanine floor case studies

Client:
Window Warehouse specialises in the supply and installation of new and replacement windows, doors and conservatories for private households, in addition to a full commercial range that includes shop fronts, commercial doors/windows and curtain walling.

The company has enjoyed considerable growth since its formation just over three years ago, and recently relocated from its original premises in the Greenhills Industrial Estate to a brand new unit in the Fonthill Business Park, Dublin, in order to facilitate further growth and demand for its products.

The company works closely with architects and specifiers, providing a full project management service, with current projects including the development of the new Swords Pavilion Shopping Centre in Dublin.

In order to maximise the amount of available space at its new premises for manufacturing and production, Euromech were contracted to design, manufacture and install a total of two individual mezzanine floors measuring 143 square metres and 50 square metres respectively.

To create additional storage, Euromech designed and installed both Pallet Racking and Cantilever Racking systems, with the latter used specifically for storage of long items such as door and window frames.

These three integrated storage systems – Mezzanine Flooring, Cantilever Racking and Pallet Racking – have provided Window Warehouse with the resources and capacity required to enable future growth of the business.
